Kuafu is serving as Project Manager in conjunction with Xin Development Group International, Inc. for this 7-story, 216 Luxury Condominium and Retail space in downtown Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The building was designed by Dutch Architect, Piet Boon and includes a 13,860 square foot landscaped courtyard at the center of the building. The building includes luxury amenities including a lap pool, landscaped rooftop, fitness center, childrens playroom, and spa.
