Kuafu is serving as Project Manager in conjunction with Xin Development Group International, Inc. for the development of this mixed- use retail and residential project consisting of the full blockfront between 44th and 45th streets on 10th Avenue on the burgeoning west side of Manhattan. The project consists of 92 condominium residences above 34,903 square feet of ground floor and lower level retail space. Target Stores has signed a lease to occupy 28,090 square feet at the property. Completed and delivered in 2020.
